175 Third Street is a 27-story, 1.1 million SF mixed-use development and the capstone of the Gowanus Wharf campus. Designed by Bjarke Ingels Group, the project will deliver 1,070 residences—25% permanently affordable—along with ground-floor retail and extensive indoor and outdoor amenities.
